Game Overview
Players will battle over the city! The first one with (???) Victory points wins the game!

Types of cards
Characters – Come in few forms Champions, Monsters and Minions.
Structures – Are built on Locations to help you get more resources or other special abilities.
Locations– get you unique resources to help build Structures and Characters.
Setup
Each player will bring a set amount of points worth of Characters, Structures and a Home Structure. Next, shuffle and place (???) random Neighborhoods face up in the middle of the playing area!
Winning the game
The first one with (???) Victory points win the game!
Controlling Neighborhoods
If you are the only one with Characters on a Location, you control that Location. If two players are on the same Locations, its considering contested!
Gameplay
Starting with the first player (by roll off or whatever all players agree too) and going around clockwise, each player will do the same action before moving to the next in the following order. Battle, Move, Build, New first player.
Actions
During any actions, there will be Characters or Structures that might affect a certain action. The cards will tell you what action it effects. (Example: The card “The Big Cheese” says “Battle - reroll 1s during collect attack dice step”) This happens during the battle step.
Battle
If two or more opponents have Characters on the same Locations, they have a BATTLE! All steps are simultaneously.
Do the following in this order.
ATTACK! – Both players collect dice equal to all attacks of each unit on their Forces card and rolls! All 4s-6s are hits!!
(Example: Player A - has 3 weaklings each with an attack of only 1 and 1 MEGA BOSS with an attack of 2 for a total of 5 attacks on their Character card. Player A rolls all 5 dice resulting in a 2,3,5,5,6. The 2 and 3 are discarded but the 5,5,6 are HITS!)
DEFENCE! – Both players roll opponents successful HIT dice. All 6s are removed!
(Same Example from ATTACK! step: Player A rolls the 5.5.6 HIT dice and gets a 1,3 and a 6. Player B removes the 6 leaving them with 1 and 3 inflicted 2 damage on their Characters!)
Damage – All left over hit dice turns into damage. The opponent will take all damage and apply it to the Characters they attacked.
This can be against more then one opponent. Apply all damage in one of two ways.
Champions and Minions damage - On each Characters - Champion or Minions card it has a health number for each unit. The
opponent must have damage equal to the units number in order to apply it to that unit and knock is out. If opponent cannot exceed the character unit’s health, it cannot have damage applied. Minions that get knocked out go back on the Character card and able to be built again. Champions are out for the rest of the game
Monsters - On each Characters - Monster card it has the health number on it. If an opponent targets a Monster, move the health marker down for each point of damage lost. If the Characters - Monster has no more health, the Characters is destroyed and no longer in the game.
Do this until you can’t apply any more damage.
Move
Starting with the first player and going clockwise, players may move Characters from one Locations to another. Players only do this once.
Build
Starting with the first player and going clockwise, players may do one of each of the following. Players count how many resources
they get from Locations, Structures or anything else and can do one or more of the following:
Build a Structures on a Location that they control
Build Characters on your HQ
Some Structure and Forces have requirements like special resources in order to play them. It will be indicated next to the specific unit. You may only use each resource once per turn. The Structure and Character cards will say how many you need to build each one.
(Example: The big cheese character has minions that requires one cheese to build each one)
New first player
The person clockwise to the current first player is now the first player.
